Meet Zoe — an 8-month-old pup who’s on her Road to Freedom, and she just needs a little help getting there. Zoe is a sweet and gentle soul. She was homeless and alone when we found her. She’s still learning that the world is a safe place. Now that she is fully vetted; she is looking for an adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to feel secure and open up.
